Thanks for the follow-up. As a whole, the customer service and experience was good from order to delivery. My comment though is that the quality of the print on the shot glasses was on the poor side. Our logo appears to be pixelated and the quality of the ratio and proportion is inconsistent from glass to glass. Some are more proportionate and others are skewed.  I would potentially order branded shot glasses through Print Canada Store again to hand out as giveaways, but not to sell to our customers. We will likely experiment with another supplier for a higher quality print for our sellable merchandise. Management Response: I am sorry that you are unhappy with the glasses, we can only print your logo with the artwork you provide us, our art department will reach out to you to resend us better artwork. Our artwork for print must be submitted in 300dpi. In this case we were send bad artwork and conformed the proof before it went to production.
