We received our order the experience was outstanding and if needed would order again

We are so happy with the way everything turned out! It was shipped with care and packaged so nicely! Our only disappointment was the wine glasses were quite a bit smaller than  we had imagined, but I suppose that was our own problem. We should have checked measurements a bit better. Nothing broken on the way here and everything looks awesome. I would gladly give you guys a good review and recommend you to friends any day!

Thanks for your email, it's appreciated. The order shipped within a day which was great and we were super happy about. It took forever to get everything in stock at your location which was very stressful since it was shipped so close to when I needed it for my wedding. In any case it shouldn't take over a month to get the products in to ship to customers, that's way too long. When receiving our wedding favours I was super excited when they came to the house, I couldn't wait to see them since it took so long to get them. When I opened them I was happy that they were all there and nothing was missing which was my biggest fear.  We just aren't that happy with the quality of some of the products. The coasters don't look the same as the photo online. They look super cheap and the name of the guest is super small, it should have been a lot bigger to stand out and draw attention. Your eyes are just drawn directly to BEER on the coaster and then you eventually find the guest's name when looking hard enough which is super disappointing and they really don't look good. I also thought the coasters would have been wrapped in an individual little box for each pair of coasters not just all separate. I will have to try and figure out what to put each pair of coasters in to give to guests rather than just handing them two coasters without nothing to put them in.  Management Response: We have several personalized coasters the one you purchased was our Fashionctaft Supplier and the production time is stated on the website 3 weeks plus shipping. The coasters can be purchased with a white box that is a extra cost stated on the website.   

We received all the goods. We did not really look at it since we are in a rush to get our store open. We opened one box and the sample we took was perfect. I will get in touch with you after our opening event.
