If you would review the order. You would notice that I was SO unsatisfied with the product, that I returned it. Even if I had to pay shipping both ways, your return policy pretty much says that there is no guarantee whatsoever. And that's not a good policy, we should be able to expect a reliable consistent product from you. 
I will not be recommending your website or products to anyone, and will ensure to never order again.

I am sorry you are unhappy with the silk flowers. We sell hundreds of these every year and have only had a couple bad reviews on the product. We have so many great reviews about this product and also we have the best return policy in the industry.
