"I really like the product, but thought the customer service was lacking. Usually when you purchase something online you get a confirmation email with your order details and shipping information, tracking and expexted delivery date. I did not recieve that and contacted the company by e-mail, only to get a brief message back over a week later. "
Management response:
Every order placed will get a invoice sent to the email provided in the shipping section of the checkout. Invoices are sent within minutes of placing your order. Shipping and tracking information is not provided that quick as glassware takes 2 to 3 weeks for processing and our packages are weighed before shipping labels are made. You will notice that the invoice sent to you does have DO NOT REPLY in block letters, this is because we will not receive these messages in customer service. We have added the customer service email at the top of every invoice. PLEASE always provide updated email on the order for your tracking information.
