Personalized favors

"On july 29,2012, I have made a purchase. But I have never received a shipping confirmation date. Many times I have sent an email, I got an automated response. And if I called, I got a voice mail.
Customer service is pathetic. After 4 weeks of waiting for my order, I finally reached Gary. Which he was very unpleasant, therefore I cancelled my order. Even at that, they never had the decency to send me a confirmation transaction of the credit.
Till today, I am still awaiting service and response. This is the worst company to order from.”

Management response:

 The purchase of personalized favours along with non personalized favours production time for the personalized favour was 8 to 12 business days. We received one email with a response that Fashioncraft had short shipped 10 out of 40 lollipops. They express shipped the items to us and item was ready to ship on Aug 20th. We had sent a special email to the customer and our staff received a call with customer cursing at us. Ms Pina Di stef repeatedly cursed at our staff. Management pulled the package and issued a refund as per the customer request. A refund is done instantly and there is no refund number that can be given due to banks all use different numbers (paypal issued a email which customer says never received). The shipment was to arrive Aug 23/12 and event date was Sept. 8. Please when calling our customer service number if you get voice mail and calls will be returned between 10 and 5 Monday to Friday eastern standard time.
