Thanks Gary.  In the end we were very pleased with the products ordered.  (There were several items ordered for our daughters wedding).
Karen was very helpful when we placed the original order in May/18 and again when I called to see where our product was.  We had been guaranteed the shipment would arrive the week before our event but Karen realized our order was not fully completed and somehow forgotten about.  (Good thing I made the call).  Karen had the order completed that day and shipped the same night.  We received it in GREAT shape on the Monday and we were able to assemble our Thank You bags for guests prior to the wedding.
We have used Print Canada many times prior, and I will continue to use Print Canada for my events.
Thank you for checking and a HUGE thank you to Karen as I feel she really went above and beyond to resolve a problem that had this Mother of the Bride sweating the "small stuff" a week before the wedding.
