On behalf of the Hamilton/Burlington SPCA (HBSPCA) and the 2014 Wiggle Waggle Walk and Splash Team, thank you for being a local hero and supplying us with 2000 of the treat bags, all for the animals. Approximately 550 participants made their way to Confederation Park and Wild Waterworks for the event. The net income will be known in early October as donations are open till September 30th.

The Hamilton/Burlington SPCA rescues neglected and abused animals, and cares for pet companion animals in its hospital, kennels and foster homes. Approximately 2,000 animals find their forever homes every year. This year, approximately 1200 family owned pets in the community will receive low cost spay neuter services.
