Hi Courtney. We do not get alot of complaints with our glassware with quality, as of coming cracked they are not shipped cracked and may have cracked during shipping we will refund you and damaged glasses that have been damaged. Since only a few have cracked we do add a couple extra glasses in most orders just so you are not left short for your event. The bottoms are coloured on the glass and not added during the glass making process. We are proud of our coloured bottom shot glasses as they are heated on for a long lasting finish, we are the only company in the industry that uses this process as others use a light spray of ink with washes off after 1 to 2 hand washes. We did purchase glasses for suppliers and found that some sat in water and came off before the glasses were shipped. During our testing we left our glasses in soapy water for days and tried to wash the ink off the bottoms and were not successful.
