First of all I'd like to say that I really appreciate this email. It's not usual to receive a feedback email and it's refreshing to know that customer service is your top priority.
I received my order and I was very happy with everything, except the personalized ribbon that I ended up not using. The letters were too faded and coming off the ribbon. Other than that, the rest was exactly what I wanted and received it pretty quickly. Also, the lady that I spoke to a couple of times was just awesome, helpful and very courteous.
I'm an event planner and I don't normally order online because I'm not sure of the quality of things but I'm looking forward to the next opportunity to order from you.
