Thank you for asking. The glasses we received were nice but there was a cloudy film on all of the glasses. We have scrubbed and scrubbed with soapy water and some of the film still has not come off. So although we like the glasses they could have been sent to us in clean condition.

The glasses are not washed here as there would be a higher price due to the labour cost. It is a industry standard that the glasses are not washed, as they may be handled by many people before arriving to you. We recommend hand washing the glasses before serving and have included a care sheet with every order. Thank You
