Great Service

My order arrived in great condition. My only disappointment is that it didn’t arrive on time as promised. I emailed on December 12 and left a voicemail on December 14 because I had not received my order for my event on the 15th. I finally received a call back on December 14 confirming that my order would arrive on Saturday, December 15 morning via FedEx. But when I checked the FedEx online tracking the morning of, it says that my item was scheduled for delivery on December 17.
Management Response: We ask all our customers to order early. We had a delay in getting a event date becasue the order was not filled out, we expressed the item out (FedEx Overnight) but in December there is no courier that guarantees deliveries.
