Lanterns

Thanks for the follow-up. I received the item, but previously mentioned to one of your co-workers that the item is no longer needed. I considered refusing delivery as a means of returning it, but was told that I'd have to pay shipping to have it sent back + a restocking fee (even though the item is unopened).
Is it really supposed to be this inconvenient to return a purchase from your store? Because I'm kind of regretting buying from your store instead of Amazon (figured I'd buy local. Didn't turn out so well). It's disappointing.

Management Response: Hi Jeremy You had placed a order for 1 24inch paper lantern then called and cancelled it, then 2 days later you placed the same order again after you said you didn't need it anymore. Our return policy is the best in the industry with 30 days to return and only a 5% restocking fee. The shipping fee was more then the $7.49 lantern and we cannot pay shipping to and back and eat the cost. Sorry you feel that way.
