"It was broke when I got it. So y'all did not do good at all”

The item that was purchased was from Weddingstar ("Written in the Stars" Bride and Groom Couple Figurine). We are not sure why a one star was given on our service. Customer called that the item was broken, we had asked that a picture be sent as we do on all our damaged items. A picture was sent and one of the stars had fallen off, we had contacted Weddingstar and they are aware of the issue. We then contacted the customer to arrange a new topper to be sent out at no charge as her event date was not until August 4, 2012 . The customer responded that she does not want a new topper but would like the money back, we requested the item must be returned at our expense. Customer refused to have it returned and Only wanted her money back. Several days later we received a email stating that the customer was keeping the product and will glue the star on herself. After further check on this problem we have found that one star is packaged in the styrofoam will come off in some cases. We will notify customers when orders are placed before shipping out this product.
