I would highly suggest adding in information about order time and rush charges as I ordered them to be delivered on January 29th, but only received a call on the 29th saying they hadn't even started to create the order- non the less ship it.
Luckily I had a bit of time to play with, but if I didn't the order would have been a waste.
Management response: We will not process orders with event dates that we cannot process and ship in time. Our site has processing times for certain products with does not include shipping, our staff will contact you with 24 hrs by posting a message to your account, which sends you a email alert bout your order. We will only process a order if the shipping and processing time allows us as many products are not required after event dates.
I did receive the delivery yesterday and everything seems to be in good condition. Nothing arrived broken. I haven't look at each individual piece yet as I only need these for an event on February 19th. I did checked out one glass yesterday and have to admit that I was fairly impressed with the item. The printing on the small text is legible and the printed area was larger than I expected. I actually used the one glass last night, and I think they will make an excellent giveaway for our event. I would definitely consider using your services again in the future if the event fits the need.

The napkins were very nice. Hopefully we will be viewing some other choices in wine stoppers at your store, my daughter said you have a lot of options there.
