I received my packaged in a good condition. However Im not really satisfied with the item when I open and try to put a photo on it the glass breaks easily in the edge. Im afraid when I try to do the same in the other frame it will be the same I hope not and I pull it really slow btw.
Management Response: Extra care must be taking when installing the picture. The glass is fitted so the glass will not move. Please let us know how the rest go.
