I am Dave ,I am replying for Bonnie. We were very pleased with the quick service and being able to watch the tracking of it. We were however short one lantern.We received 49 instead of 50 other than that everything was great!  Thanks!  Management Response: Please check that the lanterns wrappers they come in get stuck together. Sorry recounted there was 50 lantern

I had wonderful customer care from beginning to hopefully end. Gary Barati was in touch regarding my inquiry about shipping and then Lorraine was able to notify me that some products I ordered were no longer nor would arrive on time for my event. My concern is that items continue to show on website with no indication of 'out of stock' or 'unavailable'. Once my order arrived one item was damaged and not adequate for use at my event and Lorraine has been wonderful trying to get a replacement from the supplier but unfortunately I would not receive it in time so Lorraine assured me of a refund. My experience has been excellent with Print Canada and I would recommend. Management Response: Some products come and go so fast with our suppliers and we try to stay on top of it as quickly as we can with 16,000 product it become hard. We do ask for your event or in hands date so our staff and make sure the products arrive on time or find another item. We package products with care but sometimes they do break and we will try to get a replacement asap.
