Yes I have received everything that I ordered no problem I was satisfied 110%. Everything was in good condition and I thank Lori for helping me so much especially with the last item I ordered it was perfect.  I have my daughter ordering from you for my grandson's baptism and anybody I know who's looking for stuff I will definitely be sending them to you guys great customer service no problems.

Yes everything arrived on time, we did appreciate the tracking with Canada Post. One little thing, we actually had to change the lettering last minute, I understand they could not have changed the labels, but they proposed to redo them for .79$ each which was not acceptable for stickers that small, considering the number of items. We would have love to be able to reprint them if the costs would have been better ! Thats all, have a good day ! Management response: Sorry about the pricing but that is what the supplier charges. The design is owned by the supplier and nothing we can do.

The order has been received. All seems to be well with the product as I haven't emptied the box yet. The soaps are very pretty and look just like the website. I was a little concerned on the length of time it to receive the order. Canada post is always a pain. They did not deliver to my home (even though someone was home all day) but directed it to local store for pick up there.That may be something you could address with Canada post and possibly work out cheaper shipping with a service such as Purolator. Other than that all is good. I would recommend your company for sure. Management response: Sorry to here that you had some issues with Canada Post. We have tried to work with Purolator but the rates were to high. We do offer UPS with deeply discounted rates. We only ship with the courier you choose during checkout.
