Lori at Print Canada was most helpful with my order & I had a great online experience. The products arrived as scheduled. I only have one concern with the cocktail napkins I ordered. I had ordered "wine" which when Lori sent me the sample it looked more burgundy color (which is what the color theme is for the wedding), and yet when received, they seemed to be "purple" which was another color choice? I contacted Lori and was advised that the colors can seem different on other computer screens I was quite bothered when receiving them but upon showing the bride/groom - they said it's ok - it is what it is.

Im sorry the colour wasn't what you are looking for as colour matching is so difficult and yes seeing a colour on a computer or phone can sometimes look different due to divices video cards.
Everything was perfect and nothing was broken thank you so much. i did honestly expect a few to be broken but they were all in perfect condition,
